背景介绍
Pyrrolobenzodiazepine（PBD）二聚体是用于抗体-药物偶联物（ADC）的新一代细胞毒性有效载荷。PBD二聚体与DNA小沟结合，形成有效的细胞毒性DNA链间交联，从而阻断细胞分裂并杀死癌细胞。这种作用机制利用了与微管蛋白抑制剂完全不同的细胞靶点，也产生了与其他靶向DNA的有效载荷不同的DNA损伤模式。抗PBD抗体是一种兔单克隆抗体，能特异性识别PBD，其灵敏度高于小鼠抗体。该抗PBD抗体是药代动力学（PK）检测中用于测定偶联抗体的一种有用试剂。
