Description：Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Pro)是从荧光假单胞菌和产碱假单胞杆菌无细胞培养上清液中分离出来的一种抗真菌环二肽，结构比较稳定。Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Pro)通过干扰维甲酸诱导基因-I(RIG-I)的激活来抑制IFN-β的产生。在DPPH测定中，Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Pro)表现出自由基清除活性，IC50为24µM。
Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Pro) is an antifungal cyclic dipeptide isolated from the cell-free supernatant of Pseudomonas fluorescens and Pseudomonas alcaligenes, with a relatively stable structure. It inhibits the production of IFN-β by interfering with the activation of retinoic acid-inducible gene-I (RIG-I). In the DPPH assay, Cyclo(L-Phe-L-Pro) exhibits free radical scavenging activity, with an IC50 of 24 µM.
