�� 使用说明 / Usage Instructions
▶ 常规喷砂操作 / Standard Blasting Procedure
1. 根据工件材质与表面要求，选择合适粒径的道弘牌玻璃微珠（粗精度要求越高，选用粒径越细的珠）。 Select the appropriate particle size based on workpiece material and surface requirements (finer beads for higher precision).
2. 建议喷丏压力设定在 0.2~0.6 MPa 范围内，具体参数根据实际工艺调整。 Recommended blasting pressure: 0.2-0.6 MPa, adjust according to actual process.
3. 喷丏角度建议 45° ~ 90°，保持稳定距离，确保处理效果均匀。 Blasting angle: 45°-90°, maintain stable distance for uniform results.
4. 玻璃微珠可重复循环使用 3~5 次，当珠体磨损率超过 30% 时建议更换。 Glass beads can be recycled 3-5 times; replace when wear rate exceeds 30%.
▶ 喷丸强化操作 / Shot Peening Procedure
5. 选用直径 0.2~0.5mm 的玻璃微珠，将工件表面的应力层转变为压应力状态，显著提升疲劳寿命。 Use 0.2-0.5mm beads to induce compressive stress on workpiece surface, significantly improving fatigue life.
6. 建议参照 JB/T 8354 标准中的工艺参数进行调试后再批量使用。 Refer to JB/T 8354 standard for process parameters; trial before mass production is recommended.

• 每袋 25kg，采用防水编织袋或纸桶包装，支持托盘/整车发货。 25kg/bag, waterproof woven bag or paper drum; pallet and full-truck shipment supported.
• 应储存于干燥通风的室内环境，避免雨水渗透影响使用效果。 Store in a dry, well-ventilated indoor area; avoid moisture penetration.
