道弘（DH）牌填料用实心玻璃微珠由优质钠钙玻璃经高温熔融、精密球化工艺精制而成，外观为无色透明或白色圆球状颗粒，化学稳定性优异，耐酸碱腐蚀。本产品作为高性能无机功能性填料，广泛用于塑料、橡胶、涂料、密封胶、人造石材等复合材料体系，可有效降低制品收缩率，提高硬度、耐磨性、抗冲击性及表面光洁度。圆球状结构能显著改善材料流动性，便于注塑成型加工。
DaoHong (DH) Solid Glass Microspheres are made from high-quality soda-lime glass through advanced high-temperature melting and precision spheroidization. They appear as colorless, transparent spherical particles with excellent chemical stability and acid/alkali resistance. As a premium inorganic functional filler, they are widely used in plastics, rubber, coatings, sealants, and artificial stone to reduce shrinkage, enhance hardness, abrasion resistance, impact strength, and surface finish. The spherical structure significantly improves material flowability for better processing.

1. 塑料改性：用于PP、PE、PVC、PA等工程塑料，作为增强填充剂，降低翘曲变形，提高刚性、硬度及耐磨性。
2. 涂料油墨：添加于地坪漆、防腐漆、木器漆及工业涂料中，增加漆膜硬度和耐磨性，改善触感和表面光洁度。
3. 橡胶制品：改善橡胶混炼胶的挤出性能，提高硫化胶的拉伸强度和耐老化性，降低生产成本。
4. 人造石材/腻子：作为填充骨料，提高制品的抗裂性和打磨性能，改善施工和易性。
5. 密封胶/胶粘剂：增加密封胶的体积稳定性、硬度和耐候性，降低收缩率，提高密封效果。
使用说明 | Usage Instructions
建议在与基体树脂混合时采用低速搅拌，以避免微珠破碎，确保分散均匀。添加量通常为总质量的5%~30%，具体比例需根据终端产品的性能要求进行调整。使用前请确保材料干燥，避免受潮结块影响分散效果。
Use low-speed mixing when blending with matrix resins to prevent bead breakage and ensure uniform dispersion. Recommended loading: 5%~30% by total weight, adjustable based on end-product performance requirements. Ensure material is dry before use to avoid caking.

包装：25kg/袋（防潮牛皮纸袋/编织袋/纸桶），支持定制包装规格。储存：存放于干燥、通风的库房内，防止受潮结块。运输：防止挤压、防雨淋。
