一、产品描述
WF-CY20 油田专用高效除氧剂，主活性成分为碳酰肼，复配金属钝化助剂、水质稳定剂，水溶液体系。本品还原性强，可快速与油田回注水、采出水、集输管线、锅炉给水内溶解氧发生反应，生成氮气、二氧化碳与水，无二次腐蚀副产物；兼具金属钝化效果，在碳钢内壁形成保护膜，抑制氧腐蚀。适配高低温、高矿化度油田污水。

四、使用方法
1、加入点位：注水站来水管线前端、污水回注管道、集输干线、配药缓冲罐、锅炉给水管道；
2、投加方式：计量泵连续定量投加；小型区块可间歇冲击投加；
3、推荐加药量：每 1ppm 溶解氧投加本品 25～35ppm；常规油田污水投加 0.008%～0.10%；高含氧采出水最高投加 0.15%，现场根据溶解氧检测数据微调；
五、包装和贮存及注意事项
1、包装规格：25kg PE 塑料桶、200kg 塑料桶、1000kg IBC 吨桶，可协商定制包装；
2、储存条件：阴凉通风库房密封避光存放，环境温度 5～30℃，远离热源、暴晒；与强酸、氧化性药剂分区隔离存放；
3、保质期：常温密封储存 12 个月；
1. Product description
WF-CY20 is an aqueous high-efficiency oxygen scavenger dedicated to oilfields, with carbohydrazide
as the primary active ingredient, compounded with metal passivation additives and water quality
stabilizers.
Featuring strong reducibility, this product rapidly reacts with dissolved oxygen present in oilfield
reinjection water, produced water, gathering pipeline fluid and boiler feed water, generating nitrogen,
carbon dioxide and water without secondary corrosive by-products. It also delivers metal passivation
performance by forming a protective film on carbon steel inner walls to inhibit oxygen corrosion. It is
compatible with oilfield wastewater under high/low temperature and high salinity conditions.

4. Method of application
1. Dosing Points: Front sections of incoming pipelines at water injection stations, wastewater
reinjection pipelines, main gathering pipelines, chemical mixing buffer tanks and boiler feed
water pipelines.
2. Dosing Method: Continuous fixed-quantity dosing via metering pumps; intermittent shock dosing
is acceptable for small oilfield blocks.
3. Recommended Dosage: Add 25–35 ppm of the product per 1 ppm dissolved oxygen. The routine
dosage for ordinary oilfield wastewater ranges from 0.008% to 0.10%, and the maximum dosage
can reach 0.15% for high-oxygen produced water. Adjust the dosage properly based on on-site
dissolved oxygen test results.

customized packaging is available upon negotiation.
5. Storage Conditions: Store hermetically sealed away from light in cool and ventilated warehouses
at an ambient temperature of 5–30°C, far from heat sources and direct sunlight. Keep separate
from strong acids and oxidizing chemicals by partition.
6. Shelf Life: 12 months when hermetically stored at normal temperature.
