Description：ATS-9R是靶向白色脂肪组织的非病毒基因递送融合寡肽，是由18个氨基酸组成的多肽，核心生物功能为通过特异性结合细胞表面Prohibitin 蛋白，携带 shRNA、sgRNA/Cas9 等治疗性核酸靶向递送至高表达 Prohibitin 的成熟脂肪细胞、内脏脂肪组织巨噬细胞（ATMs），实现目标基因沉默（如 TACE、CCL2、FAM83A、Fabp4），进而减轻肥胖相关炎症、改善胰岛素抵抗、缓解妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）及肥胖诱导的 2 型糖尿病，减少脂肪积累。
ATS-9R is a non-viral gene delivery fusion oligopeptide targeting white adipose tissue, an 18-amino-acid polypeptide. Its core biological function involves specific binding to cell surface Prohibitin protein, carrying therapeutic nucleic acids such as shRNA and sgRNA/Cas9, and mediating targeted delivery to Prohibitin-high mature adipocytes and visceral adipose tissue macrophages (ATMs), thereby achieving target gene silencing (e.g., TACE, CCL2, FAM83A, Fabp4). Consequently, it alleviates obesity-related inflammation, improves insulin resistance, relieves gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and obesity-induced type 2 diabetes, and reduces fat accumulation.
