Description：CT20p是基于 Bax C 疏水性末端的抗癌型多肽，是由20个氨基酸组成的多肽。CT20p 具有独立于全长 Bax 的独特细胞毒作用，可作用于线粒体，导致融合样聚集和线粒体膜超极化。CT20p 可降低 α5β1 整合素水平，抑制 F-肌动蛋白聚合，从而破坏细胞骨架，阻止细胞附着。CT20p 可用于乳腺癌的研究。
CT20p is an anti-cancer peptide based on the hydrophobic end of Bax C, consisting of 20 amino acids. CT20p has a unique cytotoxic effect independent of full-length Bax, which can act on mitochondria, leading to fusion like aggregation and mitochondrial membrane hyperpolarization. CT20p can reduce the level of α 5 β 1 integrin, inhibit F-actin polymerization, thereby disrupting the cytoskeleton and preventing cell adhesion. CT20p can be used in the study of breast cancer.
