用 途 :JN859,2,3- 二甲基-2,3二苯基丁烷,属碳系自由基引发剂,具有特殊的结构,相应季碳原子间的C-C 键不稳定,容易离解而形成自由基,该产品是新型高 分子材料添加剂,可用作为高分子材料的阻燃增效协和剂和聚合物交联、接枝共聚的催化剂或引发剂,广泛用于聚烯烃、聚丙烯酸酯、聚碳酸酯、聚醚等各种高 分子材料的改性。
由于该引发剂不含氧,加工后聚合物抗老化和抗氧化能力强,与过氧化物、偶氮化合物等一般的自由基引发剂相比稳定性高,使用安全。
JN859 分解温度较高,230℃, 半衰期越30min ,在200℃以上使用,主要用于需较高温度的聚合物交联或接枝反应。
JN859 作为高分子材料的协效阻燃剂,可以减少阻燃剂的使用量,减小阻燃剂对聚合物性能的影响,并赋予高分子材料阻燃性能,如在溴系阻燃体系中可以代 替三氧化二锑增加阻燃效果,在减少阻燃剂用量的同时,增加塑料的物理机械性能。
Uses: JN859,2,3-Dimethyl-2,3-diphenylbutane,a carbon-based free radical initiator,has a special sructure,the C-C bond between the corresponding quaternary carbon atomsis unstable,and it is easy to disociate to form free adicals.Itis a new type of polymer material additive, which can be used as a flame retardant synergistic synergist for polymer materials and a catalyst or initiator for polymer crosslinking and graft copolymerization.It is widely used in polyolefins,polyacrylates, polycarbonates,polyethers Modification ofvarious polymer materials.
Because the initiator does not contain oxygen,the polymer has strong anti-aging and anti-oxidation ability after processing,has high stability compared with general free radical initiators such as peroxides and azo compounds.
JN859 has a high decomposition temperature,230℃, the longer half-life is 30min,it is used above 200℃,mainly used for polymer crosslinking or grafting reaction that requires higher temperature.
