Description：Ranakinin是一种 NK1R 激动剂多肽，是由11个氨基酸组成的多肽。Ranakinin 可抑制选择性 NK1 放射性配体与 NK1 受体的结合。Ranakinin 可激活磷脂酶 C (Phospholipase C)，从而增强多磷酸肌醇水解。Ranakinin 可刺激肌醇磷酸生成，降低膜多磷酸肌醇水平。Ranakinin 可刺激皮质酮和醛固酮分泌。
Ranakinin is an NK1R agonist peptide composed of 11 amino acids. It inhibits the binding of selective NK1 radioligands to the NK1 receptor. Ranakinin activates phospholipase C (Phospholipase C), thereby enhancing phosphoinositide hydrolysis. It stimulates the production of inositol phosphate and reduces membrane phosphoinositide levels. Ranakinin also promotes the secretion of corticosterone and aldosterone.
