用 途:营养增补剂,必需氨基酸之一。在大多数食品的蛋白质中几乎非限制氨基酸。可添加于焙烤食品。与糖类起氨基-羰基反应,可改善食品香味。

DESCRIPTION: Colorless to flaky white crystal or white crystalline powder. Slight special odor and bitter taste. Melting and decomposes at about 283 ℃. 10% aqueous solution of the PH value of 5.4-6.0.It is stable in the heat, light and air. Heated with glucose then coloring. Unstable in alkaline. Soluble in water (3g/100ml, 25 ℃). Insoluble in ethanol, dilute inorganic acid and alkaline solution.
