Structural features: 1. The X30 series vacuum capping machine is a full new series researched and developed by our company. X30AE Model machine in the series is a automatic and practical type. 2. The vacuum chamber structure of the X30 series can effectively realize that full of the system is sealing without any leakage. So you just need to provide a low power vacuum pump to realize a high vacuum effect. 3.The electrical system of X30AE model which is controlled by the input of vacuum value can realize the vacuum test before screwing the lid on each jar. The operation of buckling cap and screwing cap can be done only when a pre-set vacuum value is reached. Only in this way can we ensure that each jar reaches the pre-set vacuum value when screwing it’s cap. 4. X30AE Model adopts the drug-type vacuum cap structure and finishes the operation of inputting / outputting jar, sending cap, vacuum-pumping, clamping bottle, screwing cap etc automatically through the PLC. This machine has at least 6 cylinders and the cycle of each one to vacuum-pump and screw is 4s. It’s production capacity is 15cpm. Through the PLC control, not only multiple X30AE Model machines can be used online conveniently but also the 15X capacity can be realized.
