Selamectin is a new generation of Ivermectin derivatives, which is produced by Streptomyces Avermectin Fermentation. The results shows that the effect of Selamectin is similar as that of Avermectin. Selamectin is safe and can be used in both dogs and cats as injection and oral. It can effect well through blood circulation to fight against mites, ascaris lumbricoides and heartworms. But it has little effect on ticks and fleas.
