Steps:

2 Preparation of 3-cyclohexene-1-carbaldehyde:
To a volume of 50ml stainless steel stirred autoclave pressure was added 20g cyclohexanedimethanol as a solvent, heated and melted at 150 deg.] C maintaining the temperature, pressure and holding nitrogen thrice 4Mpa;4.8 g of acrolein and 6.2 g of 1,3-butadiene were added.While stirring, the reaction temperature was maintained at 150°C and the pressure was 4 MPa for 3 hours.Samples were analyzed by GC (gas chromatography) and the yield of cyclohexene formaldehyde was >91% based on acrolein. The unreacted acrolein and butadiene are removed by batch distillation under atmospheric pressure, and the top composition of the boiling point is 163-164°C.By GC (Gas Chromatography) detection, 3-cyclohexene-1-carbaldehyde having a purity of 99.5% was obtained for use.
