trans-1,3-dichloropropene, catalyst, and organic amine are added to the solvent tetrahydrofuran. Under stirring, tert-butylacetylene is added dropwise at 40°C. After the addition is complete, the reaction continues for 10-50 hours, preferably 30 hours. After the reaction is complete, tetrahydrofuran is removed by vacuum distillation. The product is dissolved in petroleum ether, washed three times with dilute ammonia solution with a weight percentage of 8-12%, dried, filtered, and then the petroleum ether is removed by vacuum distillation to obtain a crude product. The crude product is then subjected to vacuum distillation, and the fraction collected at 70-80°C (15 mmHg) is used to obtain a colorless to pale yellow product, 1-Chloro-6,6-dimethyl-2-heptene-4-yne. |
