TY-011 is an Aurora A/B kinase inhibitor. TY-011 induces abnormal microtubule-kinetochore attachment, leading to DNA damage and apoptosis (Apoptosis) in human gastric cancer cells, and ultimately inhibits cancer cell proliferation, with an IC50 value ranging from 0.11 to 4.49 μM in human gastric cancer cell lines.
