Tisotumab (Anti-Human F3 Recombinant Antibody) is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody and ADC antibody. Tisotumab targets tissue factor (TF). Tisotumab can be used for the research of solid tumors[1]. | [in vivo]
Tisotumab (DIG-labeled, infused) is delivered to the tumor tissue and then bound to the surface of HPAF-II tumors in HPAF-II tumor bearing mice[2].
