Isecarosmab (M-6495) is an anti-ADAMTS monoclonal antibody (mAb) with a KD value of 3.65 pM. Isecarosmab has chondroprotective and anti-inflammatory activities. Isecarosmab can bind albumin to extend plasma half-life[1][2][3]. | [in vivo]
Isecarosmab (0.1-10 mg/kg mg/kg, s.c, every third day) decreases the medial cartilage degeneration in Medial meniscus (DMM) mice[1].
