NCC007 is a dual casein kinase Iα (CKIα) and delta (CKIδ) inhibitor with IC50 of 1.8 and 3.6 μM, respectively. It can be used for the study of mammalian circadian rhythms.

NCC007 (5-15 mM, infused into the lateral ventricle) controls circadian rhythms through CKI inhibition.

Animal Model: Adult C57BL/6J background male mice (8 weeks old)
Dosage: 5 , 15 mM
Administration: Infused into the lateral ventricle, constant dark condition
Result: Showed more period lengthening effect with 0.15 hours at 5 mM and 15 mM.
