Clazosentan disodium (Ro 61-1790) is a selective endothelin A (ETA) receptor antagonist. Clazosentan disodium inhibits ET-1-mediated vasoconstriction. Clazosentan disodium prevents cerebral vasospasm, vasospasm-related cerebral infarction[1][5]. | [References]
