UV 144 is a hindered amine stabilizer with partially hindered phenolic antioxidant behavior. This product significantly extends the service life of paint films by protecting them and minimizing cracking and gloss loss. It also has the property of triboelectrically charging powder coatings. When used in conjunction with light absorbers, LS-144 significantly improves the weather resistance of coatings. The synergistic effect allows the coating to perform better, effectively inhibiting gloss loss, cracking, blistering, peeling, and discoloration, and also suppressing resin yellowing caused by high-temperature baking. For powder coatings, it triboelectrically charges the coating, which brings the following benefits: increased powder application rate in triboelectric spraying, reduced powder recovery; improved adhesion between powder coating and workpiece; and improved coating coverage during spraying. |
