VSN-16 is a cannabinoid receptor agonist with vasodilatory activity. VSN-16 can be used for the study of multiple sclerosis[1].

VSN-16 (15?mg/kg; i.v.; once) transiently increases blood pressure and caused a longer-lasting increase in mesenteric vascular conductance in conscious rats[1].
