3-[(6-Chlorothiazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-2-yl)methoxy]-2,6-difluorobenzamide is a small molecule cell-cycle inhibitor and has been used as an antibacterial agent. 3-[(6-Chlorothiazolo[5,4-b]pyridin-2-yl)methoxy]-2,6-difluorobenzamide was found to inhibit bacterial cell division protein FtsZ. | [in vivo]
