后茬作物的安全性:甲氧咪草烟是咪唑咻酮类除草剂中短残留品种,施药后土壤中的药剂绝大部分分解失效,因而对绝大多数后茬作物安全,在一年一熟地区的轮作中,不会伤害后茬作物,但当混作、间种及复种时,则需考虑不同作物的敏感性及间隔时期:甲氧咪草烟以50g(a.i.)/hm2剂量使用时,种植大麦、冬小麦、春小麦所需间隔时间为4个月。种植玉米、水稻(不含苗床)、棉花、谷子、向日葵、烟草、马铃薯、西瓜所需间隔时间为12个月。种植油菜、甜菜所需间隔时间为18个月。
Half-life of Imazamox in the soil ranges from 1 to 3 months exhibit low mammalian toxicity. Plants are treated with Imazamox (250 μM) in the nutrient solution and harvested 7 days after. Imazamox is mainly accumulated in V. sativa , six fold higher than those detected in P.vulgaris .
Imazamox (12-36 mg/kg; intraperitoneal injection; for 24-72 hours; male Sprague-Dawley rats) treatment induces toxic effects in the liver and pancreas of Sprague Dawley rats. Necrotic and degenerative changes are detected in hepatocytes at the two highest doses. Imazamox treatment reduces the size of the β-islet cells, and also induces an elevation in serum glucose and calcium.
