生物活性

TCV-309 chloride 是一种有效的，特异性血小板活化因子 (PAF) 拮抗剂。TCV-309 chloride 特异性地抑制 PAF 诱导的兔和人血小板聚集，以及 [3H]PAF 与兔血小板微粒体的结合，IC50 值分别为 33 nM，58 nM 和 27 nM。TCV-309 chloride 对过敏性休克具有有益作用。

体内研究

In rats, TCV-309 selectively inhibits the PAF-induced hypotension, hemoconcentration and death with ED ₅₀ values of 2.7, 6.4 and 1.7 micrograms/kg (i.v.), respectively. TCV-309 most potently protects mice from death induced by PAF and due to anaphylactic shock with ED50 values of 2.1 and 2.6 micrograms/kg (i.v.), respectively.
TCV-309 chloride also reversed PAF-induced hypotension and endotoxin-induced hypotension in rats with ED50 values of 3.3 and 1.2 micrograms/kg (i.v.), respectively.
