近年来,远志科中此类化学成分的研究越来越多,其脑保护作用和抗老化作用越来越受到重视。我们的研究表明西伯利亚远志糖A1(sibiricoseA1,1),西伯利亚远志糖A5(sibiricoseA5,2)对谷氨酸造成的PC12细胞损伤均有一定的保护作用在药理学抑郁模型有显著的抗抑郁活性。细叶远志苷A是远志中的活性提取物,对其的研究也越来越多。

Tenuifoliside A (6-30 μM; 24 hours) increases the C6 cells viability significantly by concentration dependent manner. But the viability of the 60 μM treatment group is suppressed. Only 60 μM TFSA induced the release of LDH, shows a toxic effect. Tenuifoliside A (10 μM; 2, 5, 7, 10, 15, 30, 45 and 60 mins) elicits a rapid (starting at 2 min) and marked induction of ERK1/2 phosphorylation peaking at 5 min. And,the enhanced levels of phospho-ERK induced by TFSA are partially blocked by ERK inhibitor U0126.
