2-溴-3-辛基噻吩(10)的合成参照文献报道的方法(He M, Leslie TM, Sinicropi JA. Synthesis of Chromophores with Exceptionally High Electro-Optic Properties. 1. Thienyl-Based Bridge Chromophores. Chem Mater 2002;14:4662-8)。具体步骤如下:将3-辛基噻吩(9)(5.49 g, 28 mmol)缓慢滴加至N-溴代琥珀酰亚胺(NBS)(5.76 g, 28 mmol)的N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)(30 mL)溶液中。反应混合物在室温下搅拌12小时。反应完成后,加入水(150 mL)淬灭反应,并用乙酸乙酯(2×150 mL)萃取。合并有机层,用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤并浓缩得到粗产物。粗产物通过正己烷柱色谱法纯化,得到目标化合物2-溴-3-辛基噻吩(10),为无色油状物(6.95 g, 90%收率)。
