向化合物178(2.0g,9.42mmol,1.0当量)的甲醇(40mL)溶液中加入钯炭(1.0g,0.94mmol,0.1当量)。将反应混合物置于大气压和室温条件下进行氢化反应6小时。反应完成后,通过硅藻土过滤反应混合物,并在减压条件下浓缩滤液。得到目标化合物(S)-1-叔丁氧羰基-3-氨基吡咯烷,为黄色油状物(1.7g,收率97%)。
