A. 合成(叔丁基)[(5-氯(2-噻吩基))磺酰基]胺（0316）的一般步骤：在0℃下，将5.5g（27.5mmol）5-氯噻吩-2-磺酰氯溶解于无水THF中，缓慢加入5.7mL（75.5mmol）叔丁胺。反应混合物逐渐升温至23℃并搅拌反应。反应完成后，用125mL乙醚稀释反应混合物，过滤去除不溶物。滤液依次用1N HCl和盐水洗涤，然后以无水MgSO4干燥。最后，通过真空浓缩去除溶剂，得到6.4g（产率98%）目标化合物，为油状物。
