步骤2:在0℃下,向含有AlCl3(76.4g,572.6mmol)的二硫化碳溶液(300mL)中,于10分钟内滴加3-(3,4-二氟苯基)丙酰氯(33.4g,163.6mmol)的二硫化碳溶液(120mL)。反应混合物在0℃下搅拌30分钟后,加热回流4小时。反应完成后,冷却至室温,将反应液小心倒入碎冰上。分离二硫化碳层,水层用乙酸乙酯萃取。合并有机层,用MgSO4干燥,减压浓缩除去溶剂。残余物通过硅胶柱色谱法(洗脱剂:5-10%乙酸乙酯/己烷)纯化,得到5,6-二氟-2,3-二氢-1H-茚-1-酮19.3g(114.9mmol,产率70%),为白色固体。1H NMR(400MHz,CDCl3)δppm:7.50(t,1H,J=8.0Hz),7.24(t,1H,J=6.6Hz),3.09(t,2H,J=5.5Hz),2.72-2.69(m,2H)。
