2.1 盐酸2-萘基肼的合成 在2-萘胺(800 mg,5.59 mmol)的盐酸(6.0 M,6 mL)悬浮液中,于水-冰浴冷却条件下,缓慢加入亚硝酸钠(NaNO2,578 mg,8.38 mmol)的水(1.2 mL)溶液(加入时间为2分钟)。将反应混合物在水-冰浴中搅拌1小时,随后缓慢加入氯化亚锡(SnCl2,3.71 g,19.56 mmol)(加入时间为5分钟)。将所得悬浮液继续在水-冰浴中搅拌3.5小时,之后进行过滤。滤饼依次用冰水(0°C,4×8 mL)、室温水(1×8 mL)、冰乙醚(0°C,2×4 mL)以及乙醚/己烷(1:1,2×4 mL)和己烷(2×5 mL)洗涤。固体经干燥后,得到690 mg目标产物(Rf = 0.7,40%乙酸乙酯/己烷展开剂,乳白色固体,产率63%)。 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 250 MHz, δ): 7.81 (m, 2H, ArH), 7.71 (d, J = 7.7 Hz, 1H, ArH), 7.49-7.19 (m, 4H, ArH). MS-El+ m/z: 159.1 (M-HCl+1).
