实施例64 1-(羟甲基)环丙烷羧酸乙酯的制备 将1M三叔丁氧基锂铝的四氢呋喃溶液(70.90 mL,70.90 mmol)缓慢滴加至搅拌中的环丙烷-1,1-二羧酸二乙酯(6 g,32.20 mmol)的四氢呋喃(129 mL)溶液中。反应体系在23℃下搅拌并逐渐升温至65℃,维持此温度反应24小时。反应完成后,将混合物冷却至室温,用10%硫酸氢钠溶液(275 mL)淬灭反应,随后用乙醚萃取。合并有机相,用无水硫酸镁干燥,过滤后减压浓缩,得到浅黄色油状目标产物1-(羟甲基)环丙烷羧酸乙酯(4.60 g,收率91%)。产物经1H NMR(300 MHz,CDCl3)表征:δ 4.16(q,J = 7 Hz,2H),3.62(s,2H),2.60(br s,1H),1.22-1.30(m,5H),0.87(dd,J = 7, 4 Hz,2H)。
