向搅拌的DL-脯氨酸(1g,8.69mmol)的甲醇(10mL)溶液中缓慢加入亚硫酰氯(0.75mL,10.43mmol)。将反应混合物加热至回流温度并持续搅拌16小时。反应进程通过薄层色谱(TLC)进行监测。反应完成后,将反应混合物浓缩,残余物用二氯甲烷(15mL)溶解。加入固体碳酸氢钠以淬灭过量的亚硫酰氯,过滤后,将滤液减压浓缩,得到(R)-吡咯烷-2-羧酸甲酯(1.1g,收率98%)为淡黄色固体。
