以4,6-二氯-2-甲基硫烷基嘧啶为原料合成4,6-二氯-2-(甲基磺酰基)嘧啶的一般步骤如下: 实施例27:4,6-二氯-2-(甲基磺酰基)嘧啶的合成 将市售的4,6-二氯-2-甲硫基嘧啶(Aldrich,21.0 g,107.0 mmol,1当量)溶解于二氯甲烷中,并用冰浴冷却。随后,分批次加入3-氯过氧苯甲酸(60.0 g,77% wt,268.0 mmol,2.5当量)。将所得白色悬浮液于室温下搅拌4小时。反应完成后,依次用1M硫代硫酸钠溶液与饱和碳酸氢钠溶液的混合液(1:1,v/v,200 mL×3)、饱和碳酸氢钠溶液(100 mL×3)及盐水(100 mL×1)洗涤。有机相经无水硫酸钠干燥后,减压浓缩。产物在高真空下干燥过夜,得到标题化合物EPO27,为白色固体(22.0 g,收率91%)。薄层色谱Rf值为0.20(展开剂:20%乙酸乙酯/己烷);质谱m/z 227(计算值227,对应分子式C5H4Cl2N2O2S+)。
