步骤G:将4-(4-甲氧基苯基)-4-氧代丁酸(40g)悬浮于乙酸(100ml)和四氢呋喃(THF,100ml)的混合溶剂中。向该悬浮液中加入10%钯-碳催化剂(50%湿重,4g),随后在氢气气氛(0.4MPa)下搅拌反应混合物9小时。反应完成后,通过硅藻土垫过滤以移除催化剂。向滤液中加入甲苯,随后通过减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得到4-(4-甲氧基苯基)丁酸,收率定量。产物经1H-NMR(CDCl3)表征:δ1.89(m,2H),2.32(t,J=7.3Hz,2H),2.58(t,J=7.4Hz,2H),3.73(s,3H),6.78-6.82(m,2H),7.03-7.08(m,2H),10.96(brs,1H)。
