通用方法：向间硝基苯乙腈（150.1 mg，0.66 mmol）和氯化铵（NH4Cl，183.6 mg，3.43 mmol）在乙醇/水（EtOH/H2O，5:1，6 mL）的混合溶剂中的溶液中加入铁粉（Fe，184.4 mg，3.30 mmol），并在85℃下剧烈搅拌1小时。反应完成后，将混合物冷却至室温，通过硅藻土垫过滤以除去固体杂质。滤液经浓缩后，通过柱色谱法（洗脱剂：乙酸乙酯/己烷，20:70）纯化残余物，得到2-(3-氨基苯基)乙腈（10a，99.2 mg，76%收率），产物为棕色油状物。
