在冰浴冷却条件下,向N-甲基哌嗪(1.00g,10.0mmol)的四氢呋喃(10mL)溶液中缓慢加入二碳酸二叔丁酯(3.48mL,15.0mmol)。反应混合物在室温下搅拌2小时。反应完成后,将溶液浓缩,通过硅胶柱色谱法纯化产物。收集含有1-boc-4-甲基哌嗪的级分,浓缩后减压干燥,得到目标化合物1-boc-4-甲基哌嗪(2.15g,定量收率)。产物的结构通过1H-NMR(CDCl3)确认,δ:3.44(4H,t,J = 5.0Hz),2.34(4H,t,J = 5.0Hz),2.29(3H,s),1.46(9H,s)。
