2) 将98g步骤1)所得的3-氯-N-(4-甲氧基苯基)丙酰胺与N-(4-甲氧基苯基)-3-氯丙烯酰胺、500mL四氢呋喃及98g氯化钯混合。在5MPa压力下,将反应混合物加热至100℃并维持该温度。反应完成后,冷却至室温,再于110℃下保持3小时。随后,进行过滤并将滤液旋转蒸发至干,得到6-羟基-3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮粗品。3) 将步骤2)中得到的6-羟基-3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮粗品溶于50mL乙醇中,进行重结晶,并使用活性炭脱色。过滤后,得到74g 6-羟基-3,4-二氢-2(1H)-喹啉酮,为灰白色固体,收率为95%。总收率为85%。
