以1-溴-3-(甲基磺酰基)-5-硝基苯为原料合成3-溴-5-(甲基磺酰基)苯胺的一般步骤：将1-溴-3-(甲基磺酰基)-5-硝基苯（100 mg，0.4 mmol）溶于四氢呋喃（THF，10 mL）中。加入Raney镍催化剂，在1 bar氢气压力下进行氢化反应。反应完成后，将混合物过滤以去除催化剂，随后浓缩滤液。最终得到3-溴-5-(甲基磺酰基)苯胺（30 mg，0.16 mmol，收率40%），为黄色固体。
