以 (R)-1,1'-联-2-萘酚(70.52 mM)为起始原料,与氧化铂(1.15 mM)和乙酸(25 mL)依次加入高压釜中。在室温下,于6.8 atm的氢气氛围中搅拌反应3天。反应完成后,通过加入水和二氯甲烷淬灭反应。将反应混合物用二氯甲烷萃取三次,合并有机相。有机相依次用水洗涤一次,饱和碳酸氢钠水溶液洗涤两次,然后用无水硫酸钠干燥。干燥后,过滤除去干燥剂,浓缩滤液,得到目标产物5,5',6,6',7,7',8,8'-八氢-1,1'-联-2-萘酚(70.74 mM,定量收率)。产物的比旋光度为[α]D26 +47.1(c 1.04,CHCl3)。1H NMR(400 MHz,CDCl3)δ= 7.06(d,2H,J = 8.2 Hz),6.82(d,2H,J = 8.2 Hz),4.60(s,2H),2.75(t,4H,J = 6.2 Hz),2.33-2.25(m,2H),2.19-2.12(m,2H),1.77-1.64(m,8H)。13C NMR(100 MHz,CDCl3)δ= 151.35,137.12,131.01,130.08,118.81,112.93,29.20,27.08,22.98,22.92。
