a) 合成4-(溴甲基)苯基乙酸甲酯(1-72) 将亚硫酰氯(48 μL; 0.65 mmol; 0.017当量)加入到4-(溴甲基)苯基乙酸(10 g; 43.07 mmol; 1当量)的甲醇(48 mL)溶液中。反应混合物在室温下搅拌16小时,随后减压浓缩至干。将残余物溶解于饱和碳酸氢钠水溶液(150 mL)中,水层用乙酸乙酯(3 × 100 mL)萃取。合并有机层,用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤后减压浓缩。得到标题化合物4-(溴甲基)苯基乙酸甲酯,收率96%(10.2 g),为白色固体。1H NMR(CDCl3):δ(ppm)3.68(s, 2H),3.75(s, 3H),4.54(s, 2H),7.37(m, 4H)。
