以1-氯乙基氯甲酸酯和异丙醇为原料合成1-氯乙基异丙基碳酸酯的一般步骤:在氩气保护下,将异丙醇(1.09 g,18.27 mmol)和吡啶(1.45 g,18.35 mmol)溶于二氯甲烷(30 mL)中,冷却至-78℃。在此温度下,缓慢滴加氯甲酸1-氯乙酯(2.66 g,18.60 mmol),滴加时间控制在10分钟。滴加完毕后,移除冷却浴,让反应混合物逐渐升温至室温,并在该温度下搅拌过夜。反应完成后,用额外的二氯甲烷(20 mL)稀释反应混合物,依次用盐水洗涤,无水硫酸钠干燥。减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得到目标产物1-氯乙基异丙基碳酸酯,为无色油状物(3 g,收率97%)。核磁共振氢谱(CDCl3)数据:δ 1.33(d,3H),1.35(d,3H),1.84(d,3H),4.95(m,1H),6.43(q,1H)。
