4-chloro-2-methyl-6-phenylpyrimidine性质、用途与生产工艺
生产方法
第2步: 4-氯-2-甲基-6-苯基嘧啶的合成; 将2-甲基-6-苯基嘧啶-4(3H)-酮(15 g)与三氯氧磷(150 mL)的混合物在氮气保护下回流20小时。反应完成后,通过蒸馏去除过量的三氯氧磷。将残余物用乙酸乙酯(500 mL)稀释,依次用10%碳酸氢钠溶液(100 mL)、水和饱和食盐水洗涤,有机相经无水硫酸钠干燥。减压浓缩除去溶剂,所得粗产物通过硅胶柱色谱(60-120目)纯化,以石油醚/乙酸乙酯(9:1, v/v)为洗脱剂,得到标题化合物4-氯-2-甲基-6-苯基嘧啶11 g(收率67%),为浅黄色固体。熔点:57-59°C。质谱(MS): m/z实测值[M+H]+ 204.9。1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ: 2.50 (3H, s), 7.52-7.58 (3H, m), 8.08 (1H, s), 8.20-8.22 (2H, m)。
