4-苯基噻唑-2-羧酸性质、用途与生产工艺
生产方法
通用方法:在室温下,向4-苯基噻唑-2-甲酸乙酯(1当量)的甲醇溶液中缓慢加入2N氢氧化钠溶液。将反应混合物持续搅拌4小时,反应完成后,通过旋转蒸发仪除去甲醇溶剂。用1N盐酸溶液将残余物调节至pH 5-6,此时目标产物4-苯基噻唑-2-羧酸以白色固体形式析出。通过过滤收集沉淀,并用适量去离子水洗涤,最后在真空干燥箱中干燥,得到纯净的4-苯基噻唑-2-羧酸(1a-i)。
