以2-(2,2-二溴乙烯基)苯酚(2.8g,10mmol)为原料,在氮气保护下,将其溶于四氢呋喃(30mL)中。随后加入碘化亚铜(I)(0.1g,0.5mmol)和磷酸钾(4.2g,20mmol)。将反应混合物在80℃下搅拌12小时。反应完成后,将混合物倒入水(200mL)中,用乙酸乙酯(200mL)萃取。合并有机相,用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤。浓缩滤液,通过柱色谱(硅胶,洗脱剂为乙酸乙酯/石油醚=1:20)纯化,得到目标产物2-溴苯并呋喃(1.8g,收率92%)。
