3-溴-5-硝基苯甲酸乙酯性质、用途与生产工艺
生产方法
向500 mL圆底烧瓶中加入3-溴-5-硝基苯甲酸（25 g，101.6 mmol）和无水乙醇（200 mL）。在0℃下搅拌，缓慢滴加氯化亚砜（15 mL）。将反应混合物升温至80℃，持续搅拌4小时。反应完成后，加入50 mL水淬灭反应。用二氯甲烷（3×50 mL）萃取反应混合物，合并有机层，并在减压下浓缩。将浓缩后的残余物通过硅胶柱层析纯化，洗脱剂为乙酸乙酯/石油醚（梯度洗脱，1:20至1:10）。得到3-溴-5-硝基苯甲酸乙酯27.5 g（收率99%），为白色固体。
