六氯丙烯性质、用途与生产工艺

化学性质 

无色液体。沸点209-210℃，99℃（1.33kPa），相对密度1.765，折光率1.5490（20℃），不溶于水。

用途 

用于有机合成。

生产方法 

将1,1,1,2,2,3,3-七氯丙烷溶于乙醇，保持30-40℃，滴加乙醇钾溶液，然后加热回流1h。将反应物中乙醇蒸出回收，冷却后倾入水中分层，取有机层用水洗涤，干燥，减压蒸馏，收集98-100℃（2.67kPa）馏分，得六氯丙烯，收率86.7-89.2。
