5-IODO-2,6-DIMETHYL-PYRIMIDIN-4-OL性质、用途与生产工艺
生产方法
步骤A:将2,6-二甲基嘧啶-4-醇(5.0 g,40 mmol)溶解于氢氧化钠水溶液(50 mL,1 M,50 mmol)中。随后向该溶液中加入碘(10.2 g,40 mmol)。将反应混合物缓慢升温至80℃并持续搅拌2小时。反应完成后,将混合物冷却至室温,并用乙酸调节pH值至约6。此时,反应混合物中出现沉淀,通过过滤收集沉淀物。所得固体用去离子水洗涤,干燥后得到目标产物5-碘-2,6-二甲基嘧啶-4-醇(6.51 g,收率65%)。质谱分析显示m/z 251.2 [M + H]+。
