(Bromoethynyl)benzene is a chemical compound that contains an amine group and a hydroxyl group. It is a nucleophilic reagent that can be used in cross-coupling reactions with sodium trifluoroacetate to produce 2,6-dihydroxypyridine from 2-aminoethanol.
