ASTRAZON PINK FG Chemical Properties,Uses,Production
Chemical Properties
Dark red uniform powder. Dissolved in water, it has a bright peach color. When dyeing at high temperature (120℃), the color and light remain unchanged. If dyed in sulfuric acid bath, the color and light change slightly, if dyed in formic acid bath, the color and light remain unchanged. Sunlight fastness grade 4. Compatibility value K=4.
Uses
Astrazone pink FG is a pink dye.
Preparation
1,3,3-Trimethyl-2-methyleneindoline and 4-((2-Chloroethyl)(methyl)amino)benzaldehydecondensation, and then into chloride.
Properties and Applications
Pink. Gray powder. In the water solubility of 14 g/L, effected by temperature is very small. In the water for pink. In the yellow for sulfuric acid, diluted red orange for. Acrylic dyeing as with fluorescence peachblossom, in under a yellow of tungsten. In 120 ℃ high temperature dyeing color unchanged. The dye solution should not be boiling. Compatibility value for 4, 0.19 f value. Mainly used in acrylic fiber, fiber scattered article wool, acrylic dyeing and knitted fabrics. Can two acrylic, vinegar fiber fabric printing directly.
