L-α-Phosphatidylinositol is one of the components of phospholipids, and under limited hydration conditions, it can form curved membrane interfaces[1].

Synthesis

Soybean powder phospholipid deglycosylation method: weigh 10.00g of soybean powder phospholipids dissolved in 30.0mL hexane, oscillate to fully dissolve, to the triangular flask to add a volume fraction of 55% ethanol solution 60 mL, the triangular flask is placed in the 30 , the speed of 100r/min thermostatic water-bath oscillator oscillated for 70min, static separation, the upper layer of phospholipids repeat the deglycosylation of the 2 times, and finally the separation of the obtained Finally, the upper layer of material obtained from the separation of spinning evaporation that is obtained from the deglycosylated phospholipids.  

Preparation of phosphatidylinositol: weigh 5.00g of deglycosylated phospholipids in a flask, according to a certain material-liquid ratio to add alkaline ethanol solution, heating and stirring for a period of time, centrifugation, take the supernatant, frozen at a certain temperature for a certain period of time, take out the centrifugation (4000r/min, 10min), collect the lower layer of precipitates with nitrogen gas blow-drying, i.e., for phosphatidylinositol products.
